3.4 Function and casualty.-The primer when assembled Into cartridges
in accordance with Drawings C6137544, C8595432, B6200954, D10523632, C8597555,
C10521998, C7553707, C8597283, C6000503, C7553097, C8594735, C10542379,
C10523O85, B7635291 or C6006152 shall function without casualty.
3.5 Velocity. -The average velocity and the standard deviation of the
velocities-ridges conditioned at 70 2 Fahrenheit (F) shall not
exceed the requirements for the applicable cartridge as shown below:
