3.1 Granulation.
3.1.1 Before alumination.
Based on the selective sedimentation test
described in paragraph 4.5.1(a), the phosphorus shall contain a maximum
of 3 percent of particles of less than 10 microns diameter.
3.1.2 After alumination.
When tested in accordance with 4.5.1(b), the
powder shall pass through the following sieves:
