3.8.9 Environmental - There shall be no evidence of undue wear, corrosion, or
any other damage that might adversely affect function, following exposure to any
applicable environment specified herein or in the model specification.
3.9 Interchangeability  - All parts having the same manufacturer's part number

self-locking nuts in conformance with MIL-N-25027, cotter pins or other methods
