the quadrant level bubble is central with respect to graduations.  The
position of the bubble shall not change in excess of the allowable
tolerance when the quadrant is canted as specified in 3.6.3.
4.6.8 Torque.- A commercial type inch-pound torque wrench with an
adapter to accommodate the elevation micrometer knob shall be used.
Readings with the torque wrench shall be taken in both directions at the
temperatures specified in 3.4.1.  The torque required to rotate the eleva-
tion knob shall not exceed the value as specified in 3.6.4.

PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY
5.1 Packaging, packing and marking.- Packaging, packing and marking
shall be in accordance with the applicable packaging data sheet listed in
Section 2.  The level of protection shall be as specified in the procure-
ment document.

NOTES
6.1 Ordering data.- Procurement documents should specify the
following:
Title, number and date of this specification
b.  Selection of applicable levels of preservation, packaging
and  packing  (5.1)
c. Applicable packaging data sheet number (see 5.1)
d.  Applicable stock number
