The requirements of 3.10.1 through 3.11.4

3.10
Performance.
3.10.1 Excursion
range.
Elevation counter.
3.10.1.1
The elevation counter shall cover
the excursion of at least 1433 roils in elevation and 280 roils in
depression when the correction counter indicates "00 MILS".
3.10.1.2 Correction counter. The correction counter limit
stops shall have a minimum of 95 roils excursion, but not over 99
roils excursion on the "+" and "-" dials.
3.11
Accuracy.
3.11.1 Elevation readings. The error at any elevation setting
shall not exceed 0.5 roil. The total of all readings shall not
exceed 1.0 roil. Nine readings shall be taken in 200 mil increments.

3.11.3 Correction counter setting - affect on elevation
