4.6.4.7.2 Shock. The equipment shall be subjected to the
Test Method 516.2 of MIL-STD-810, Procedure I.
4.6.4.7.2.1 Bench handling. The equipment shall be subjected
to the Test Method 516.2 of MIL-STD-810, Procedure V.
4.6.5 Weight. Verify by weighing the RMS to determine that
the RMS weight is 16.88 pounds or less.
4.6.6 Identification plate. Verify by observation that the
identification plate meets the requirement of paragraph 3.8.1.
4.6.7 Workmanship. The requirement of 3.9 shall be verified
by continous inspection of all parts and assemblies to assure
conformance to high quality workmanship.
5.
PACKAGING
5.1 Preservation, packaging, packing and marking for the
Rocket Management subsystem shall be in accordance with the
respective Packaging Data Sheets listed below at the level of
protection specified in the contract (see 6.2b): Display Unit per
PDS 9324107 and the Operation Unit per PDS 9324108.
5.2 Commercial packaging shall be in accordance with
ASTM-D-3951.
