Intended use. The bomb racks covered by this specification are intended for use in all

types of bombing. They are mounted either externally, as in an aircraft wing pylon, or internally, as in a
bomb bay. They are intended for use on either land-based or carrier-based aircraft.
Ordering data procurement documents shall specify the following:
