(j) A chemically treated canvas or fabric reinforced vinyl tarpaulin to enclose the entire top
of the body shall be furnished. All shock cords, fittings, and tiedowns shall be included.
(k) Removable top bows for support of the canvas or vinyl cover shall be provided. The
bows shall be installed in sockets on the sides of the semitrailer.
(l) the tailgates shall be of the side-hinged, double-barndoor type with outside latches. The
tailgates shall be watertight when closed and latched.
