5.3 Packing. Level shall be as specified (see 6.2).
5.3.1 Level A.  The components of the service kit, prepared in accordance
with 5.2.1, shall be packed together, one complete kit per box, in accordance
with Drawing 116-3-111.
5.3.2 Level B. The service kit shall be packed in accordance with 5.3.1
except the wood bo shall be grade 3 without wood preservative treatment.
5.4 Marking. In conjunction with information furnished in the contract or
order, marking shall be as specified herein.
5.4.1  Interior package marking.  Unit packs and unpackaged items (5.2) shall
be provided with marking information pertaining to the Federal stock number,
item description, quantity and unit of issue, contract or purchase order num-
ber, level of preservation and unit packing and date packed, as applicable, in
accordance with the requirements for interior package marking in MIL-STD-129.
Marking of technical publications packages not required.  Unpackaged items may
be marked by tagging in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
5.4.2  Packing marking.  The shipping and storage container shall be marked
in accordance with Drawing 116-3-119.

NOTES
6.1  Intended use.  This item is intended for use in servicing the M33 and
M33A1 riot control agent dispersers
6.2 Ordering data.
Acquisition documents should specify the following:
(a) Title, number, and date of this specification.
(b) Level of unit packing and packing required.
6.3 Caution.  Due to the hazards inherent in testing with high pressures,
contractors are advised that every precaution  possible should be exercised for
the safety and protection of personnel engaged in such testing.
6.4  International interest.  Certain provisions of this specification are
the subject of international standardization agreement ABCA-Army Quadripartite
Standardization Agreement - 317.  When amendment, revision, or cancellation of
this specification is proposed which will modify the international agreement
concerned, the preparng activity will take appropriate action through inter-
national standardization channels including departmental standardization
offices to change the agreement or make other appropriate accommodations.
