4.6.2.l.1 Test conditions.
(a) Operating time. The production capacity of the screening unit
shall be computed on the basis of the net operating time
which is defined as gross operating time less allowable
down time for the following:
(1) Delay due to lack of material delivery to the
screening unit.
(2) Normal machinery maintenance. (Down time due to
any design deficiency shall not be considered normal
maintenance. )
