Classification
Defects
1.
Mounting plates missing or misloated.
Major

Aircraft loading data plate, instruction
or nameplate omitted, incorrect or illegible.
Welds-cracked or porous. Inspection of

welded assemblies, such as equipment racks en-
trance boxes, etc. should be made prior to
final paint application.
4.
Sealer improperly applied (holes, separations,
or lack of adhesion).
Mounting inserts missing or dislocated.

Burrs or sharp edges in wire duct not removed.
Equipments or bracketry loose or missing.

Doors, etc. inoperative.

Electrical receptacles, switches, jacks, con-

nectors, wire ducts, or other electrical com-
ponents loose, improperly located or inoperative.

Locking or holding devices missing or inoperative.

Gaps between sections of wire duct exceed 1/16
inch.

The blower housing or air conditioner mount does
not align properly with the mounting inserts of
the shelter facility.

Ground stud not properly sealed.

Electrical schematics missing.
