|  6.2 Ordering data. Procurement documents should specify the following:
a. Title. number, and date of this specification.
b, Required level of prservation and packaging,
c. Required level of packing.
cl. Any exceptions to this specification.
6.2. I Additional samples. Additional samples required because of
failure of any sample(s) to pass the prescribed inspections shall be provided
and inspected at the expense of the supplier.
6.3 Definitions. For the purpose of this specification the following def-
initions have been established.
6.3.1
Unit condition.
6.3.1.1 Operating. Operating is the condition of the switch during missile
6.3. 1.2 Standby. standby is the condition of the switch when aboard ship
and is asscmbled with the end item .
6.4 Preparationg for delivery criteria. Criteria for use of the proper
level of preservation, packaging, and packing shall be as specified in FED-
STD-102.
