4 . 3 T e s t c o n d i t i o n s . T h e test conditions are described under
t h e individual test to which they apply.
4.4 Preproduction testing.
See 3.5 of this specification.
4.4.1 Test sample.
4.4.2 Preproduction tests, The first article test shall consist
of all tests described in 4.6.

4 . 5 . 1 P r o d u c t i o n t e s t s . P r o d u c t i o n tests are shown in Table I
a n d shall be accomplished on all trailers.
4 . 5 . 1 . 1 R e j e c t i o n a n d r e t e s t . When any item fails to meet a
s p e c i f i c a t i o n production test requirement it shall be rejected and
the cause of failure identified.
4 . 5 . 2 P e r i o d i c s a m p l i n g t e s t s . O n e trailer shall be selected from
each 10, o r fraction thereof, on the contract or order and subjected
t o sampling tests. T h e test sample shall be selected by the
p r o c u r i n g activity from production units which have successfully
c o m p l e t e d all production tests. T h e sampling tests shall consist of
all tests listed in Table I.
