torque required to rotate the objective tube shall not exceed the value
specified in 3.7.4 for the temperature indicated.
4.6.12 Boresight knob disengagement. - Testing equipment conforming
to the requirements of 4.5.2.3.3 shall be utilized for this test. The
force required to disengage each boresight knob from its lock position
shall be within the values specified in 3.7.5 for the temperatures indicated
4.6.13 Boresight knob rotation. - Test equipment conforming to the
requirements of 4.5.2.3.4 shall be utilized for this test. The running
torque required to rotate each boresight knob throughout its range of
movement, in its unlocked position, shall be within the values specified
in 3.7.6 for the temperature indicated.
