3.5.5.3.3 Generator accessories. Generator accessories shall
include:
(a) A 5-foot pigtail cable section with 200 amp waterproof
receptacle for plugging into power inlet receptacle installed
within generator compartment.
(b) A remote start/stop button, hour meter, and battery condition
indicator installed within body interior.
(c) An ac instrument package.

3.5.5.4 Exterior floodlights.  Unless otherwise specified (see
6.2), four brackets and four 150 watt portable floodlights shall be
provided for night illumination.  Waterproof, 120 volt receptacles shall
be installed on the curbside body exterior.  One shall be located at the
front. of the vehicle, one shall be adjacent to the front door, one shall
be adjacent to the rear door, and one shall be at the rear of the
vehicle.  The floodlights shall be removable for storage during transit.
The floodlight installation shall be protected by ground fault
interrupters.

3.5.6 Air conditioning.  Four 120 volt roof mounted air
conditioners shall be installed.  Installation shall include electric
resistance type heat strip within reinforced roof section.  Each unit
shall be rated at 13,500 Btu per hour cooling and 5,100 Btu per hour
heating. The air conditioners shall be capable of maintaining not more
than 80F dry bulb and 68F wet bulb temperature, and an effective
temperature of 74F within each area inside the vehicle when the ambient
temperature is 95F dry bulb.  The interior relative humidity shall be
maintained at not less than 30 percent and not more than 60 percent.
All air shall pass through a filter system.  Each unit shall be provided
with a flexible tube installed to carry condensate run-off directly to
the ground.

3.5.7 Heating.  Four thermostatically controlled, electric blower
heaters shall be installed throughout the body interior. Each heater
shall be rated at not less than 6,800 Btu per hour.  The four electric
blower heaters shall be capable of maintaining the vehicle inside body
temperature at a minimum of plus 70F midway between the floor and
ceiling in ambient outside temperature of OF with no occupants.  When
specified (see 6.2), two additional electric blower heaters shall be
installed, one above each curbside door.  Each additional heater shall
be rated at not less than 3,400 Btu per hour.

3.5.8 Plumbing.  A plumbing system shall be installed. The
plumbing system shall be designed to receive. water from an installed,
30-gallon fresh water tank.  When specified (see 6.2), the plumbing
