4.6.2 Environmental Tests (First article only). The part or assembly
shall be subjected to the environmental tests in order to determine conformance
to the environmental characteristics specified on the applicable drawing. Test
equipment and procedures shall be satisfactory to the contracting agency. If
any part or assembly fails to comply with any specified environmental
requirement, it shall be classed defective and rejected.
