assemblies, and components.
The Bench Assembly shall provide suitable
work space to accomplish these tasks.
The Bench Assembly shall mount
support equipment including the Blower Assembly and the Remote Safety
Unit and shall provide an alternate location for mounting the Test Set, MCS
TS-2511C/AWG-10.
3.4.1.6.2.2 Form Factor.
The Bench Assembly, Pallet Section, shall not
exceed 53-1/8 inches by 20 -1/2 inches by 75 inches overall with the Drop
Leaf folded.
The weight of the Bench Assembly shall not exceed 500
pounds.
3.4.1.6.2.3 Contents. The Bench Assembly, Pallet Section, shall consist
of the following items :
(a) Base Structure
(b) Rear Frame
(c) Pallet Shaft Assembly
(d) Blower Assembly
(e) Remote Safety Unit
(f) Test point Bracket
3.4.1.6.2.4 Base Structure.
3.4.1.6.2.4.1 Function.
The Base Structure shall serve as the basic me-
chanical support for the Pallet Section Bench Assembly, and shall provide a
work area, an alternate mounting for the Test Set, MCS, TS2511B/AWG-10,
and attachment points for the Rear Frame and the Pallet Shaft Assembly.
Space shall be provided below the Base Structure for the Blower Assembly.
3.4.1.6.2.4.2 Form Factor.
The Base Structure shall be capable of being
either bolted or welded to the deck.
The basic structure shall not exceed
