b. The combined duration of Steps 4 and 5 shall not be less
than 12 hours, at least 6 of which shall be in the
stabilized condition prior to conducting tests.

4.9.3 Shock.  The test set group shall be subjected to the Grade A, Type A,

4.9.4 Humidity.  The test set group shall be humidity tested in accordance
with Method 507.1, Procedure IV, of MIL-STD-810, except as follows:

set group meets the operational requirements of 4.5.1.2.
4.11 Primary input power tests.  The test set shall be subjected to Steady
State Voltage and Frequency Tests of MIL-E-16400.
4.11.1 Electrical overload protection test.  The test set shall be tested for
electrical overload protection in accordance with Requirement 8 of MIL-STD-454
for Class 1 equipment.
4.12 Electromagnetic interference (EMI) tests.
The following EMI tests shall
be performed in accordance with MIL-STD-462.
This test shall be performed
4.12.1 Conducted susceptibility, power leads.
in accordance with MIL-STD-462, Method CS02.
4.12.2 Conducted -emission, power leads.  This test shall be performed in
accordance with MIL-STD-462, Methods CE02 and CE04.
4.12.3 Conducted emission, control and signal leads. This test shall be
performed in accordance with MIL-STD-462, Methods CE03 and CE05.
4.12.4 Radiated susceptibility.  This test shall be performed in accordance
with MIL-STD-462, Methods RS01, RS02, and RS03.
