MILITARY SPECIFICATION
VALVES, REMOTE CONTROL, DIAPHRAGM ACTUATED
(FLUID SYSTEMS, 150 and 250 P.S.I. W.P. 140F. MAXIMUM)
This specification is mandatory for use by all Departments and Agencies
of the Department of Defense.
SCOPE
1.
This specification covers diaphragm actuated, globe and angle remote

control valves, for use in fluid systems where quick opening and closing of supply lines
and resistance to salt water corrosion is required.
Valves shall be of the following types, classes and sizes as
