6.6: Add the following:
"6.6 Lot formation. The provisions of 4.2.1 are designed to avoid
proliferation of small lots during LAP of warheads, because of discrep-
ancies in the delivered lot sizes of fuzes and bursters with planned
lot sizes of warheads. They are not intended to permit indiscriminate
mixing of fuzes and bursters in warhead lots. Fuzes and bursters should
be introduced into the LAP process in an orderly manner to insure that
the practical minimum number lots of fuzes and bursters appear In each
warhead lot."
