The dc voltage from connector 2J2-17 to 2J2-18 shall
decrease to O 1Vdc within 30 seconds.
(3)
The ac and dc voltages shall remain at these decreased
levels until the steady-state rate of turn has been removed.
(4)
The time required to return to normal condition shall
be not more than 30 seconds.
4.6.4.14.1 ASK-44/A24G Electronic Control Amplifier - The roll erection
and slaving control for the ASK-44/A24G shall be checked as follows:
a. Set the controls on the controller and the electronic control
amplifier as follows:
Mode switch to SLAVED
Latitude control to 0
Hemisphere switch to N
Compensation switch to OFF
b.
Position the azimuth detector to O.
set control knob on the
Depress and hold the heading
c.
repeater heading becomes
indicated servoed
controller until the
synchronized with the azimuth detector.
Reposition the azimuth detector to 3400.
d.
Measure the dc voltage from connector 2J2-1 to 2J2-18. The
e.
voltage shall be greater than 8.OVdc.
Measure ac voltages-at the tabulated pins of connector 2J2.
f.
Voltages shall be within the following limits:

8 to 12

Rotate the displacement gyroscope heading transmitter at a
g.
rate of 12 per minute for 1.5 minutes.

The voltage from connector 2J2-8 to 2J2-9 shall remain
at 6.5 1Vac.
