Spillage or leakage (droplets) of any liquids

including coolants, fuels, hydraulic fluid, and
lubricants under all operating conditions, excluding
refilling hydraulic reservior and fuel tank.
Structural failure of any part, i.e. permanent

demonstrated by abnormal or excessive wear patterns.
Misalignment of parts and components.

Overheating of the dispenser engine or any component

4.6.1.2.1 Safety hazards.  Throughout all tests specified
herein, the dispenser shall be closely observed for those conditions
which produce safety hazards.  All observed safety hazards shall be
reported, and those due to departure from the dispenser design
and/or specification shall be considered cause for rejection of the
dispenser under test.
4.6.1.3 Data.  During the tests specified herein, at least the
following data, as applicable, shall be recorded at intervals not
greater than fifteen (15) minutes or as otherwise indicated.
Additional data may be required and recording intervals decrease
for tests of short duration or as otherwise dictated by test of
objectives:
Time started and completed.

Ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure.
Engine speed (RPM).
c.
Engine coolant temperature (from main control Panel).

4.6.1.4 Dispenser Acceptance Test Failure.  Unless otherwise
specified herein, all tests shall be conducted on a complete
dispenser.  If test requirements cited herein are not met,
acceptance of the dispenser shall be deferred and the contractor
shall accomplish, as applicable, the following actions:
Conduct a failure analysis study performing a
a.
dimensional, physical, and visual examination of the
components which are suspected to be the cause of
failure or malfunction.
