MIL-M-63304A(AR)
A flush pin gage shall be used to measure safe position of slider
assembly.  Observation shall be made for compliance with
requirements of 3.5.  Any Body Assembly failing any requirement
shall be classed defective and removed from the lot.
(Non-destructive tests)
4.5.5  Verification of body assembly circuit resistance.  Prior
to assembly of explosive leads, resistance checks of each Body
Assembly shall be made for all triplines, receiver coil, pressure
cartridge, S&A piston actuator and S&A detonator circuits. A
milliohmmeter having a test current of one milliamp or less shall be
used.  Observation shall be made for conformance with requirement of
3.6.  Any Body Assembly failing a requirement shall be classed
defective and removed from the lot.  (Non-destructive tests)
4.5.6
Anti-disturbance (AD) functioning test.  Final acceptance
of each lot of loaded mines shall consist of initiating/arming a
sample of- tactical mines utilizing a device which simulates the M128
Dispenser as specified in 4.4.5.  The mines shall be set for Normal
Self Destruct (See 4.4.5).  Recording equipment shall be used to
determine the time of test events of each mine.  The starting time
for test events shall begin at the application of the
electromagnetic pulse.  All mines shall be serialized before the
launch and their location noted to insure that the correct times are
recorded for each mine.  Fifty percent of the mines shall be
emplaced and functioned with the receiver coil end facing up.  After
enable time has occurred, the mines shall be disturbed by tilting,
rotating, jarring or any other tampering possible to cause mines to
function in the intended AD Mode.  If a mine fails to function, it
shall be destroyed in place.
NOTE:
Enable time is defined as the maximum GROUP C
electronic arm time specified on Drawing 12624467 plus
5 minutes minimum after application of electromagnetic
pulse.
4.5.6.1  Recording of data.  A record, by serial number,  shall
be made for each mine tested and shall include the following:
a.
Time to premature detonation (See 4.5.6.2).
b.
Time to micropiston actuator function.
c.
Number of triplines deployed (If feasible).
d.
Time to early self destruct (See 4.5.6.2).
e.
Time to AD functioning.
f.
Degree of fragmentation\Order of detonation.
The end of the mine facing up (See 4.5.6).
g.
Lot acceptance test results for each inspection lot shall be
forwarded to the address specified in 6.4.
