These requirements shall be met with R2 in the clockwise position (Min. resis-
tance).
These requirements shall alao be met during vibration requirements of 3.4.1.
3.6.1.4 Output voltage rise time.  Panel assembly output voltages shall
be available within one second after application of the required energizing
potential.
3.6.2 Battery charging circuit.  The battery charging circuit, operating
on a primary power source input voltage of 18 to 30 VDC, shall be capable of
supplying a charging current up to .320 milliamps to the battery within one
second after application of the input voltage.
3.6.3 Controls.  Controls shall operate freely and smoothly without
binding under all operational service conditions. Switch type controls shall
indicate positive indexing.
