That the approval of first article samples or the waiving of
the first article test shall not relieve the contractor of his
obligation to fulfill all other requirements of the specification and
contract.
Certain provisions (see
6.4 International Standardization Agreement.
3.5.1) of this specification are the subject of international
standardization agreements STANAG 3575, AIR STD 20/10 and AIR STD 20/17.
When amendment, revision or cancellation of this specification is
proposed which will affect or violate the international agreement
concerned, the preparing activity will take appropriate reconciliation
action through international standardization channels including
departmental standardization offices, if required.
