3.8.5.6 Firing interruption. The output characteristics specified in
3.8.5.4 shall be terminated as follows:
a. Removing the normal signal at either Pin J3-N or Pin J3-X shall
cause the voltage at Pin J2-A to go to O Vdc within 10 ms. The above
requirement is independent of the voltage at Pin J1-N remaining at 28 Vdc.
b. Removing the normal signals at any of Pins J3-V, J3-P, J3-W or
J3-U shall cause removal of the trigger signal as specified in 3.8.5.5. The
above requirement is independent of the voltage at Pin J1-N remaining at 28
Vdc.
c. Applying 28 Vdc at Pin J1-E causes removal of the trigger signal
as specified in 3.8.5.5 when 28 Vdc is maintained at Pin J1-N. After removing
the 28 Vdc at Pin J1-E, the outputs specified in 3.8.5.4 shall occur within
1.0 +
0.5 seconds.
3.8.5.7 Burst limit operation. With the input conditions specified in
3.8.5.4 and a 28 Vdc signal is applied to J1-S, the output characteristics
specified in 3.8.5.4 shall occur for 1.5 + 0.1 seconds after which the trigger
signal removal characteristics of 3.8.5.5 shall occur. Removing the 28 Vdc on
Pin J1-S for a minimum of 25 ms is required to reset this function. (See
3.8.6(b)).
3.8.5.8 Fire volts sensing. When the output load characteristics occur
at Pin J2-A (See 3.8.7), the following characteristics shall occur at Pin J2-H.
a. When the voltage at Pin J2-A is less than 50 Vdc, the voltage at
Pin J2-H shall be 24 + 2 Vdc within 1 ms of the voltage transition at Pin J2-A.
b. When the voltage at Pin J2-A is greater than 100 Vdc, the voltage
at Pin J2-H shall be 0.7 + 0.7 Vdc within 1 ms of the voltage transition at Pin
J2-A.
3.8.6 Adjustments. The following output characteristics shall be capable
of being modified as described below:
a. The output at Pin J3-A shall be 25 Vdc to 30 Vdc when the
regulated 28 volt trim resistor (A4R7) is adjusted from the minimum (rein) to
maximum (max) value.
b. The time delay specified in 3.8.5.7 shall have the minimum and
maximun delay of 0.4 to 2.3 seconds respectively when the burst limit resistor
(A2R14) is adjusted throughout its full range.
