4.5.9
Determination of defect or failure. Failure of a valve to pass
any of the tests in 4.5.6.1 through 4.5.6.3 shall be cause for rejection of
that valve. A defective is a unit of product which contains one or more
defects. Failure of a valve to successfully pass the tests in 4.5.6.4 or
4.5.6.5 shall constitute a defect. Failure of a sample squib to pass any
of the tests in 4.5.7.1 through 4.5.7.5 shall be cause for rejection of
the acceptance lot.
