4.6.2.10
To determine conformance to 3.6.1,
4.6.2.10.1 Paintinq
preparation and painting shall be observed during and after
application for complian ce with requirements as specified.
4.6.2.10.2 Marking. To determine conformance to 3.6.2, the
dispenser marking will be observed for compliance, installation and
location as specified.
4.6.2.10.3 Instruction and data plates.  To determine
conformance to 3.6.3, all data plates shall be observed for
compliance, installation and location as specified.
4.6.2.11 Servicing and adjustment. To determine conformance to
3.7 the dispensers shall be observed for compliance with the
applicable requirements.
4.6.2.12 Workmanship. To determine conformance to 3.8,
workmanship shall be observed for compliance with the specified
requirements
4.6.2.13 Operational tests. When specified in the contract
(see 6.2) or when the contractor deems it more advantageous, a
Government approved computer aided test and inspection equipment may
be used in additon to our instead of methods specified herein.
4.6.2.13.1
Preparation. Set up vehicle for mind dispensing
while stationary as follows:
a. Jack up dispenser wheel which is connected to encoder.
b. Attach variable speed drive motor and revolution counter
to wheel.
c. Mark with high visibility paint the oscillation pattern
angles on oscillater base and pointer on launcher.
d. Attach certified tachometer to launcher wheel and record
wheel speed.
e. Conduct preoperational check, start engine and allow it
warm up (See 6.7.4).
4.6.2.13.2 Loading. After dispenser warm-up, set controls as
follows:
a. Mode selector switch in LOAD.
b. Left magazine switch in LOAD.
